About our company Company Fidela d.o.o. was founded in 1993 and since the beginning is operating successfully. Since its establishment till 2007 our primary activity was final works in construction. In the year 2007 we changed our primary activity into the intervention by renting the properties, but not as a traditional real estate agency. With extensive knowledge and experience in the construction work we are qualified to renovate or adjust the property to the customer’s needs before renting and by the time of the lease it also to maintain.

As electrical engineer and a graduate on Faculty of Education of mathematics and technique, I entered the world of construction and entrepreneurship immediately after finishing the education. There I, together with my father, led the company with 10 employees for more than a decade. Through managing of various construction projects, I have gained extensive knowledge and experiences of the construction work and valuable organizational skills. Already at that time our motto was customer satisfaction, which we achieved with an above average quality of work done. I perfected my practical knowledge and experience in running a business with a master’s degree at the Faculty of Economics, which I finished in 2010.

My path in the real estate waters began with advises and help to many colleagues who turned to me when deciding to purchase a property or by any construction or renovation of their homes. Thus, since 2007 I intercede on the real estate market as a person with a constructive soul and economic knowledge, who is prepared to comply the customers as much as possible that they will feel good in the leased properties.
